With more than 1,600 homes, Rosedale Park is an officially designated historic district bounded by Grand River on the north, Southfield Service Drive on the east, Acacia and Lyndon on the south, and Evergreen on the west. Founded in 1916, the neighborhood is characterized by beautiful architecture, tree-lined streets, landscaped islands and friendly neighbors. Rosedale Park residents enjoy recreational opportunities at two adjacent city parks, Stoepel Park #1 and Rosemont Acacia Park. Rosedale Park kids play baseball and softball in the largest Little League in Michigan, the Rosedale-Grandmont Little League. The Grand River commercial corridor provides a range of shopping and dining options, including several new restaurants, a coffee shop and more.
